1. Introduction

EscrowVillage is a trusted online escrow service that helps protect buyers and sellers in financial transactions by holding funds securely until all parties meet their agreement.

These Terms apply to all users of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use EscrowVillage.

2. Eligibility

To use EscrowVillage, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration or use.

3. Our Role

EscrowVillage acts only as a neutral third-party escrow service provider. We do not:

• Buy or sell any goods or services.
• Endorse or verify the quality of items or services being transacted.
• Guarantee successful completion of a transaction.
• Offer legal advice or represent either party.

Our responsibility is to hold funds in trust until both buyer and seller fulfill their obligations, after which we release the funds accordingly.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user (buyer or seller), you agree to:

• Provide accurate information for each transaction.
• Not use EscrowVillage for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Respond promptly to any communication regarding your transaction.
• Abide by the decision of our dispute resolution team in the event of a disagreement.

5. Transaction Fees

EscrowVillage charges a 2.5% fee on every successful transaction, which is deducted automatically from the transaction amount unless otherwise agreed.

This fee is non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation, except where EscrowVillage is at fault.

6. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller:

• Either party can raise a complaint via the platform.
• You must submit proof (chat records, receipts, etc.) as required.
• Our team will review the evidence and make a fair decision.
• Our decision is final and binding, except where a court of law decides otherwise.

We reserve the right to temporarily hold funds during dispute investigations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use EscrowVillage to:

• Scam, defraud, or mislead other users.
• Engage in transactions involving prohibited goods or services (e.g., weapons, drugs, fake documents).
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the platform.
• Attempt to reverse payments outside our process.

Violating any of the above may lead to suspension or permanent banning.

8. Limitation of Liability

EscrowVillage is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss arising from transactions between users.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party services (e.g., banks, payment processors).
• Loss of funds due to user negligence or incorrect information provided.

We do our best to keep the platform secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EscrowVillage if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We suspect fraud or misuse.
• Required by law or a government authority.

You may also stop using our services at any time.

10. Privacy
