Fund your Escrow Village NGN or USD wallet
A wallet deposit funds your Escrow Village account; it is not the same as releasing an escrow payment to another person. Check the currency, account instructions, fees and confirmation status before transferring money.
Choose the correct wallet and method
The platform has NGN and USD wallet flows. Naira deposit access depends on account eligibility. For a USD deposit, choose a crypto method that is currently active in your account and check the asset and network instructions carefully. Available methods can change, so follow the instructions shown for your own request.
- Complete the required account verification.
- Choose the wallet currency and available deposit method.
- Check the amount, fee and credited amount.
- Follow the instructions for that deposit request.
For an eligible naira bank transfer
Use the bank details displayed by the deposit flow and the required payment-name information. Do not send money to a bank account supplied by someone who contacts you privately claiming to be support. After sending, complete the confirmation step in your account and check the processing status.
For crypto funding of the USD wallet
Check the supported asset, blockchain network, address and any additional information shown in the account. The same asset name can exist on different networks. Keep the transaction evidence requested by the deposit flow. Do not assume that an unsupported asset or a wrong-network transfer can be recovered.
Understand confirmation and available balance
A transfer receipt is evidence of a transfer attempt, not a guarantee that the wallet has been credited. Wait for the platform deposit status and check your available balance. Funds already committed to an escrow or another pending action may be locked rather than available to spend.
If a deposit is delayed, give support the relevant request and transaction evidence through the account. Do not make another transfer solely because a stranger says an extra “unlock fee” is needed. Current fees and limits are shown before confirmation.

Are deposits always instant?
Do not assume instant credit. The method, required evidence and confirmation process determine when a deposit is processed.
Can every country use the NGN deposit flow?
NGN deposit eligibility is account-dependent. Check the wallet options shown to you; eligible USD methods may be available separately.
What proof should I keep?
Keep the deposit request details and the bank or blockchain transaction evidence required by that flow.
